Worcester’s Andrew Kitchener and Bristol’s Siale Piutau have been handed three-match bans for fighting when the two sides met last Friday.
Both accepted charges of striking an opponent during a melee in the 79th minute of the Premiership match.
Independent disciplinary panel chair Matthew Weaver said both players apologised and a mid-range suspension was adequate punishment.
Kitchener was sent off for a punch to the face of Piutau, who was sin-binned.
England captain Owen Farrell is to face a disciplinary panel on Tuesday – he has been charged with making a dangerous tackle in Saracens’ defeat by Wasps on Saturday, which saw the fly-half red-carded.
