2023 was one to remember for Warrington Girls, marked by a string of impressive victories and accolades.
The club’s under 12s and under 16s teams emerged victorious at the North West Girls Rugby Festival, showcasing their talent and dedication.
Warrington Girls under 16s Lunas also reached the North West Cup Final, demonstrating their resilience and competitive spirit.
A number of the club’s talented players have been selected to trial for the Super League prospects and academy, a fantastic opportunity for them to put their skills to the test and potentially progress to the professional level.
In addition to their on-field successes, Warrington Girls celebrated notable achievements off the pitch.
At the Made of Steel awards, Sienna Lawrence was awarded the under 14s title, Arabella Dahou took home the under 16s honour and Aidy Wintersgill was recognised as the Community Hero, serving as testament to the club’s commitment to fostering a positive and supportive environment for its players.
The club heads into 2024 with a renewed sense of purpose and a fresh outlook.
