An insurance broker is recycling and reusing cricket equipment to get young players active.
Howden Worcester has launched a cricket kit exchange, allowing people to donate or collect second-hand gear.
It was started by insurance consultant Jonathan Fletcher, who said: “Sport is more than just a game; it’s a catalyst for growth, teaching valuable lessons in confidence, teamwork, and even maths.
“We’re on a mission to make cricket accessible to all, regardless of their background.
“We believe every child should have the chance to play, learn, and maybe even become the next cricket superstar.”
