Rugby player Stuart Hogg given non-harassment order

Former Scotland rugby union captain Stuart Hogg has been given a five-year non-harassment order at Jedburgh Sheriff Court. However, the judge has deferred sentencing of Hogg, 32, on a domestic abuse charge against his estranged wife until 9th January. Hogg, who currently plays for Montpellier in the French Top 14 league, earlier admitted breaching bail conditions by repeatedly contacting Gillian Hogg in June.
