The Super League Man of Steel points have been announced following the Round Two action, with Jordan Abdull leading the way at the top with six points.
Abdull, 27, put in a man of the match performance during Hull KR’s win over Salford last Thursday, earning him another three Man of Steel points.
It puts him at the top of the table with six.
Team-mate and back-rower Kane Linnett earned two points following the side’s 24-10 win at the AJ Bell Stadium. Salford’s Oliver Partington received one.
Warrington half-back George Williams collects his first points of the year with three following his side’s win over Huddersfield on Friday. Winger Matty Ashton receives two following his two-try performance. Giants half-back Theo Fages also collects his first of the season in his side’s first game of the year.
Jake Clifford collects his first-ever Super League Man of Steel points after a solid display against Leeds in the 22-18 victory. Tex Hoy also picked up one point, giving him a tally of four. Meanwhile with a try and an assist, Leeds’ Kruise Leeming receives up two.
Wigan’s new number seven Harry Smith collected the maximum three points following his performance in the dominant 60-0 home victory over Wakefield. He kicked eight goals on the night. Captain Liam Farrell earned two points, with Liam Marshall collecting one after his four-try performance.
Catalans forward Mickael Goudemand scored a crucial try in the win over Leigh, earning himself three Man of Steel points along the way. Tom Johnstone collects his fourth point of the season following last week’s hat-trick performance. Meanwhile, Leigh captain John Asiata receives two.
St Helens forward Alex Walmsley crashed back into Super League action following his side’s World Club Challenge triumph with a brace against Castleford on Sunday in his side’s 24-6 win. Jonny Lomax and Sione Mata’utia collect two and one point respectively.
