The Super Rugby Pacific quarter-final schedule has been confirmed, as the last eight teams standing are set to battle it out for glory.
After finishing the regular-season at the top of the standings, the Chiefs will have home field advantage for their fixture against the Reds.
However, the weekend’s action kicks off with a game on Friday between the Blues and Waratahs, who finished third and sixth respectively.
Three games set for Saturday
The remaining three matches will take place on Saturday and start with the Chiefs v Reds in Hamilton, as the hosts look to avoid a slip-up.
That showdown at FMG Stadium is followed by the league’s second-placed outfit, the Crusaders, taking on the Fijian Drua in Christchurch.
The quarter-finals conclude after that with the Brumbies and Hurricanes facing off in Canberra. The pair finished in fourth and fifth spots.
Missing out on the Super Rugby Pacific knockouts this season are the Highlanders, Western Force, Melbourne Rebels and Moana Pasifika.
