Swindon St George’s rugby league team is gearing up for a promising 2025 season.
The club, nicknamed the Dragons, has retained major sponsors, including Powerwash Contractors Ltd, and enjoy a strong relationship with the local rugby union club.
The club’s chairman, Warren Huggins, has expressed optimism as preparations ramp up.
A recruitment drive is underway, with the club seeking players for its open-age league, masters league, wheelchair league, and junior sections.

A special rugby league taster session is scheduled for Saturday, April 26, from 11.30am to 1.30pm for under 12s and 13s.
The club has assured that the session will be both safe and enjoyable, under the supervision of trained coaching staff.
Parents are also invited to the event.
The club has announced that John Gallagher Photography will be capturing moments throughout the season.
