Catalans Dragons have confirmed their squad numbers for the 2023 Super League season, with Tonga co-captain Siosiua Taukeiaho receiving shirt number 22 for his debut year.
The 31-year-old forward made the switch during the off-season from Sydney Roosters. He represented Tonga at the delayed 2021 World Cup, co-captaining the side alongside Jason Taumalolo.
Also making the move from Down Under, Adam Keighran will wear number three during his debut year in France.
Tyrone May has shifted from the centres to the halves and will partner Mitchell Pearce as six and seven respectively.
Tom Johnstone will don number 24, having moved from Wakefield. Ex-Hull back-rower Manu Ma’u will wear shirt number 26.
England skipper Sam Tomkins will once again wear shirt number 29, with Arthur Mourgue receiving number one.
Meanwhile, the club have left two vacant numbers in 20 and 21, hinting at more possible additions to Steve McNamara’s squad for 203.
